Geo-PRIME was founded by three engineers, each with over a decade of experience in the oil and gas industry and among the leading subject matter experts (SME) in pipeline integrity. Our senior staff has experience working with multiple operators and assisting with 49 CFR 192 and 195 regulatory compliance and integrity management program support along with spacial analysis services and data management.

Joel Lindstrom

Principal, Senior Consultant
Joel Lindstrom began his career with the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE's) Argonne National Laboratory. Since then, he has held several energy-centric positions, where his research background has enabled him to acquire deep knowledge in the development of analytical tools and methods. Joel is well-versed with database and database application development and has crafted the logic behind a variety of pipeline risk and assessment data analysis tools. He is an expert in leveraging geographic information system (GIS) technology for data collection and analysis. Additionally, he has developed GIS tools for performing 49 CFR 192 class location and consequence area analysis, 49 CFR 195 high consequence area (HCA) analysis. Joel’s GIS expertise extends to the development of web mapping services.

Kyle Mader

Principal, Senior Consultant
Kyle Mader has over a decade of oil and gas pipeline experience. Kyle began his career as a project engineer responsible for estimating, planning, managing and executing multiple in-line inspection (ILI), hydro test and make piggable projects in the field. He also managed multiple root cause failure analysis investigations. Later he worked as an integrity management engineer responsible for threat screening, risk analysis and managing integrity assessments. Kyle has experience assisting both gas and liquid pipeline operators in managing their Integrity Management (IM) programs from conducting HCA analyses, executing integrity assessments (ILI), hydro and direct assessment (DA)), and performing threat and risk analyses along with preventive and mitigative (P&M) reviews. Additionally, he has experience with overseeing operator’s regulatory compliance programs. Kyle has also assisted with audit preparation and support for multiple audits with both PHMSA and state regulators.

Meagan Cumberland

Principal, Senior Consultant
Meagan Cumberland has over 15 years of pipeline experience that involves both regulatory compliance and integrity management (IM) for both gas and liquid pipelines. She began as a compliance engineer with a large natural gas distribution company and was involved with ensuring regulatory compliance, assisting with audits and providing integrity management(IM) support. Later she worked for a transmission liquid pipeline operator as an integrity management engineer responsible for threat screening, risk analysis and managing crack integrity assessments. Meagan has an extensive background in assisting operators in managing their IM programs from conducting HCA analyses, executing integrity assessments (in-line inspection (ILI), hydro and direct assessment(DA)), and performing threat and risk analyses along with preventive and mitigative (P&M) reviews. Additionally, she has assisted multiple operators with overseeing their O&M programs and has experience with audit preparation and support with both PHMSA and state regulators. Meagan has also assisted with several due diligence and risk analysis projects for operators looking to acquire assets.
